About Sean and Team

Director of Operations

Mike Swartz proudly served in the U.S. Army for 24 years including over 20 years in Special Operations. Raised in a small town in Northwestern Pennsylvania, Mike developed an inner drive to serve, protect, and assist others. It was this drive that led him to a lengthy and successful career in the military. During his time with the US Army Special Forces, Mike honed his expertise in providing both effective and efficient leadership, development of others, as well as, defining and accomplishing the mission. Now, transitioning from the military, Mike wants to continue this path of service and enable businesses and business Leaders to realize their greatest potential through the assistance of Stronger Leaders Stronger Profits.

Mike and his wife enjoy RV camping (they gave up tent camping several years ago!) They also enjoy fishing the Cumberland River near Clarksville, TN. Several years ago, they bought a house that needed extensive remodeling and that has filled their free time in between military deployments. Still a work in progress, they are looking forward to taking it slow and making it their dream home. Their son will be starting school at the University of TN, Knoxville in 2023 so they are new Vols fans!

Executive Administrator

Elizabeth graduated top of her class in 2015 from Maryville College with a B.A. in Art History. Throughout her education, she was tasked with working closely with East Tennessee’s premier artists as she helped install their works for the Clayton Center of the Arts. After graduating, she proceeded to take on a highly prestigious internship at Hyde Park Art Center in Chicago. With the knowledge gained there, she continued on for several years running and curating for different museums in the Memphis, TN area. She then went on to learn business and leadership in the physical fitness world when she became the General Manager at Bikram Yoga Memphis. With this experience, she moved to Nashville where she met up with Sean Patton and committed to using her expertise and leadership skills to help Stronger Leaders Stronger Profits become the booming entity that it is today.

Elizabeth lives in Nashville with her partner, Douglas, and their two sweet pups, Daphne and Osito. They fill their free time with practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing with their two fur-babies, road tripping across the U.S., traveling abroad, and more Jiu-Jitsu.

Director of Partnerships

Erin is passionate about the intersect of where business meets people. She is always looking for ways for companies to better serve their communities as well as ways the communities can empower mission led businesses. She naturally curates ecosystems that allow businesses as well as the people they serve to thrive. Erin's expertise comes from growing startups as well as growing Fortune 10 companies. During her undergrad Erin founded the Women in Business Association (WIBA) and established globally recognized partnerships including a sponsorship with Harvard University. She went on to excel in an elite and rigorous Leadership Development Training with a Fortune 10 company. Erin obtained her MBA from Clemson University in 2020.

Off the clock, Erin volunteers for a local animal rescue. She fosters dogs and loves to cook. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, gardening and building anything she can get her hands on.

Director of Marketing

Adam is an experienced creative professional who graduated from The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, California, in 2010 and has had the privilege of working in a number of different creative industries, in both providing oversight and creative direction to doing the work itself. After spending many years in wild west of Wyoming, he settled down in Middle Tennessee to be closer to family. With over 10 years of experience in the marketing and design industry, his skills range from web design and print media to photography and videography.

Adam enjoys being outside, photographing wildlife, learning about local history, and being a husband and a dad. He trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys training with his wife and kids and learning about and training martial arts and combat sports in general. At the time of writing, he and his wife have five kids - and a dog.

Director of Finance

Jessica has over 12+ years of experience working in finance, accounting, lending and multiple other facets of the financial world. She's the founder of her bookkeeping and accounting business, BNB Bookkeepers, where she helps small business owners increase their bottom line with rock solid bookkeeping and financial, tax, and business guidance. She is also the best-selling author of "Face Your Finances", featured on Amazon as the #1 new release in it's category, and is an avid real estate investor and property manager.

Jessica loves chatting about anything related to money, numbers, investing, and real estate. Along with being such a finance nerd, Jessica is obsessed with: popcorn, reading, delicious food, jiu jitsu, and traveling! She lives in Nashville and loves going for morning walks and hikes with her husband Wes and their snuggly black lab Chaco. She is a HUGE bookworm and especially loves grabbing a glass of wine and a good fantasy/science fiction book all snuggled up on the couch to read in front of the fireplace.
